Payments
We offer multiple payment options including Credit / Debit Cards, Internet Banking, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS and other domestic bank transfers. Please note that domestic bank transfers (within Indian Bank accounts) do not incur any additional charges.
For payments made using Credit / Debit Cards or Internet Banking, there will be an additional charge of 2% for domestic payments and 4% for international payments. These charges are levied as Currency Conversion Fees and Convenience Fees charged by the payment gateways. Please note that the specific fees charged by the payment gateways may vary depending on the transaction amount and other factors.
Tour Itinerary
We reserve the right to change the itinerary while on the tour in accordance with the safety, road conditions, traffic and comfort of the participants either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to alter any schedule in the interest of the participants’ safety, comfort, and well-being.
We will not be held responsible for any delays or changes in the programme or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, transport disruptions, weather, political closures or any other causes beyond our control.
We will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to personal property or belongings. We do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft or any other reasons. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage in their home country. All baggage and personal property at all times are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation / No Show
If you need to cancel your tour / travel services for any reason, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charges will be applicable from the date that we receive your cancellation request in writing and the charges will be as follows:
- If you cancel 15 or more days prior to the tour start time, you will receive a 90% refund of the tour cost.
- If you cancel between 8 and 15 days, prior to the tour start time, you will receive a 50% refund of the tour cost.
- If you cancel between 4 and 7 days, prior to the tour start time, you will receive a 25% refund of the tour cost.
- If you cancel less than 72 hours before the tour or fail to show up, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that the refund amounts may be subject to deductions for bank charges, currency conversion charges, payment gateway charges and any other non-refundable expenses already incurred by us, such as permits, accommodation or transportation costs.
